Useful information about orders and shipping
All orders placed before 9:00 AM AEDT will be sent the same business day, however this is not always possible in peak times (Christmas, Easter, collection launches, sale periods, etc). All orders are packed by our dedicated team here in Port Macquarie. We are classified as regional - so we cannot offer guaranteed overnight delivery. All orders will be sent as soon as possible, so it won't take long to get to you. Sometimes our Express Post parcels do arrive overnight but we cannot guarantee it. Please keep this in mind. You will receive an automatic order confirmation email when you place your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive either of these automatic emails, please get in touch with us by emailing info@pchiswimwear.com.au

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you've made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong size or colour), we recommend reaching out to us via info@pchiswimwear.com.au as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee the change can be made before your order is packed and dispatched, however we'll try our best to help you resolve your issue as soon as possible. We recommend double-checking all details on your order are correct and accurate before confirming your checkout. We recommend double checking your email address, delivery address, and the sizes you've selected.

P’Chi Swimwear offer free express shipping for all Australian orders over $200 after any discounts have been applied. All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping and each parcel is completely trackable to your delivery destination. All other orders within Australia, is charged at a flat rate of $14.10 Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. All international postage prices are listed in AUD. In the checkout it will convert the price to your selected currency. Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer than the stated estimated shipping times. Please note: Due to customs regulations unfortunately we are unable to ship to Russia & Ukraine. Full Parcel Tracking Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is on its way! This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcels progress. Australian customers can track their parcel via Australia Post here. International customers can track their parcels via DHL here Signature Upon Delivery All parcels require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be during normal office hours. Should you not be available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel. Delivery to P.O. Box Addresses PO Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses only and all such deliveries will be signed for & delivered to your local post office. Please check your tracking information to find your parcels delivery status. Shipping to New Zealand Based on laws passed by the New Zealand Government P’Chi Swimwear is obligated to charge 15% GST on all goods and services supplied to New Zealand. The 15% GST is included in the final prices at the time of checkout. For more information please click here: www.ird.govt.nz/GSTupdate Custom or Import Duty Fees (International Only) Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, P’Chi Swimwear will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel. Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe, we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.

Useful information about returns
We want you to absolutely love your P’Chi Swimwear purchase. In accordance with Australian consumer law P’Chi Swimwear may exchange your purchase for another size or style, or possibly provide a repair or Return for Store credit subject to the below terms and conditions: • All items are received by us within 14 days of purchase. We suggest you try your items on as soon as you receive them to ensure you can return them during the accepted returns period. • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all their tags attached. P’Chi Swimwear does not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest you check your size with us to minimise the risk of having to return your garment(s). For all swimwear briefs and one pieces you must try the garment on with underwear. The swimwear briefs and one pieces must be returned with the tags and protective hygiene strip in place, noting that the item will not be accepted for a return or exchange if either of these things have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear. To maintain hygiene standards, we are very strict with the application of this rule, so please ensure you follow these requirements. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, nor do any discounts or sales apply to the purchase of a gift card. Any item purchased during a sale period (explained below) is not eligible for a Return for Store credit. We may provide an exchange for a different size - subject to availability. If you are not comfortable with these terms, then please refrain from purchasing during a sale period. Please see further below for more details. Processes For Exchanges Please note that we must receive all returned goods within 14 days of purchase, so please contact us as soon as possible to avoid having your exchange declined. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please follow these steps: Email info@pchiswimwear.com.au describing your fit issues and include any photos, so our friendly team can assist you with sizing/styling advice and approve your exchange. Once your exchange has been approved you can go back to our website and purchase your new sizes online. We recommend exchanging this way so you don’t miss out on your sizing. We cannot hold sizes for exchanges. Complete the returns card supplied with your order and post the goods back to the address we provide to you in your return approval email. Please note that we may retain an Exchange Shipping Fee which covers the processing of your refund and the shipping of your exchange order. The Exchange Shipping Fee is not deducted if shipping was paid on the original purchase, or if the exchange is a result of a mistake P’Chi Swimwear (ie: wrong size or item sent). Return Shipping Fees It is the customer's responsibility to pay all fees and charges to return your goods to P’Chi Swimwear. We would love to offer free returns however our little business is not large enough to absorb this cost yet. Thank you for understanding. We recommend you check your size prior to ordering and perhaps avoid having to return your garments. Process For Returns for Credit Please note that we must receive all returned goods within 14 days of purchase, so please try your garments as soon as you receive them. If you would like to return your purchase for Store credit please follow the steps below: • Email us at info@pchiswimwear.com.au if you’re unsure of your fit and would like some sizing or style advice - we'd love to help. • Once your return has been approved, complete the returns card supplied with your order and post the goods back to the address we provide to you via email. (Please ensure you email us before sending your return back or you risk having your return sent back to you and your return being rejected.) • Once we have received your returned purchase we will approve and process your Store credit. A gift card to the amount approved will be issued and you will have 3 years to redeem this gift card. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the gift card to be processed, however we endeavour to process most within 24-48 hours of receipt. Sale Items - Refund Policy Any items you purchase during a sale period (including an exclusive subscriber sale, Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale, Boxing Day Sale, End of Financial Year Sale, Warehouse Sale, etc) are not eligible for a Store credit. We will exchange any purchases for a different size (if available) to ensure you get a good fit, however we will not issue a Store credit. An exchange shipping fee will need to be paid in order to exchange - these costs are solely your responsibility. If your required size is not available for an exchange, then the sale is final. We recommend you double-check your size prior to purchasing by emailing us at info@pchiswimwear.com.au, or book an online fitting and we will respond as quickly as possible. Each product description provides sizing advice to help guide you, so ensure you read the product description. If you're not comfortable with these sale conditions, then please refrain from purchasing during any sale period. Purchasing during a sale period deems you as accepting of these terms and conditions. Tracking Numbers & Returns Cards P’Chi Swimwear is not responsible for parcels which do not reach us, please ensure you send using tracking. Ensure your first name, last name and order number is clearly marked on the parcel; and include the completed returns card with your parcel so our team knows what to do once received. When Will I Receive my Store Credit? Store credit will not include any initial shipping fees paid by the customer (if any). Store credits are processed within 5 business days of your return being received - please follow your return tracking details method to monitor the progress of your return delivery to P’Chi Swimwear. You will receive a gift card to the value of your approved Store credit to redeem within 3 years from date of issue. In The Event of a Faulty Item We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. In accordance with Australian consumer law, P’Chi Swimwear will repair or replace a faulty item subject to the below terms and conditions: If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@pchiswimwear.com.au with your order number and images of the fault so our team can assess the concern and arrange a repair or replacement if the item is deemed faulty. Please note an item is not deemed faulty where any issues arise as a result of fair wear and tear. It is your responsibility to care for your garment according to the instructions on your garment tag and care card provided with purchase. This includes rinsing it with cold drinking water after swimming in chlorine or salt water and not dragging your garments across rough surfaces. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted; and If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, then P’Chi Swimwear will provide a Store credit. Further Questions?
